Conway selectmen are expected to decide next Tuesday whether to support a plan to install metered parking in North Conway Village. According to the plan posted on the town website, the cost will be $2 an hour plus fees. Employees of North Conway businesses can buy yearly $20 permits to park in the HEB lot. Conway residents who are not employees but have obtained parking permits for the canoe put-ins will be able to buy a pass for street parking at a discounted rate, which has not been determined.

This week’s TeleTalk question: Do you think Conway residents should have to pay to park in North Conway Village under the proposed metered parking plan?
