Despite Wednesday’s court ruling that New Hampshire must get its inspection program back up and running, drivers do not have to get their vehicles inspected. The judge who made the ruling said lawmakers failed to heed warnings that they must clear the recently passed no-inspection legislation with the EPA before complying with the law. State officials say the inspection program will remain suspended until they figure out what the next step is.
