The Conway School Board has decided to solicit proposals to build 16 affordable housing units on 2 acres of land at the 10.8-acre site of the closed John Fuller School in North Conway Village. The concept includes duplexes and single-family homes with deed restrictions including on the resale price and short-term rentals.

This week’s Tele-Talk question is: Do you think building affordable housing on the John Fuller School property makes sense?
