To the editor:

Lawyers are in a better position than the rest of us to "legally" operate in a manner that is above the law on behalf of themselves and perhaps even their fee-paying clients.

As supporting evidence to my recent claim that attorneys, for all intents and purposes, are America's elite ruling class operating above the law, I point to the Dec. 26, 2024, decision by the N.H. Supreme Court, which ruled the state's Right-to-Know Law does not extend to the judicial branch offices or against members of New Hampshire's bar.

That, my fellow seekers of true justice, is a very real and recent expression determined under the guise of the "Divine Right of Judges" on full public display.
