To the editor:

The Wolfeboro Board of Selectmen would like to correct misleading information being circulated regarding Wolfeboro’s 2024 operating budget. To be informed, a resident should go to tinyurl.com/2y9pmajn (to access the town’s official web page), then click on the 2024 deliberative session for correct information regarding the operating budget and warrant articles. Wolfeboro’s general fund operating budget is $19,818,020, which is the amount needed to be raised by residents’ taxes and the town’s revenues.
