To the editor:

Men are not the problem. Male chauvinism is. I would like to comment on Stewart Epstein’s thoughtful letter on March 22. I raised a son and a daughter. What is good for the goose is good for the gander. One gender does not have a monopoly on virtue while the other has a monopoly on vice. I taught both of them to make good decisions and be prepared to enjoy or pay the consequences.
