To the editor:

While I am pleased that John Smallcomb (March 7 letter) thinks the Bartlett Planning Board and the Bartlett Zoning Board of Adjustment are doing their jobs to his expectations and satisfaction, and are inclusive enough to be deemed diverse, I have to disagree with him about increasing the select board from three members to five. He says this will improve productivity and diversity (whatever he means by that).
