To the editor:

Much has been said about Mountain View Nursing Home's recent challenges with a two-out-of-five Medicare star rating (below average) and negative margins. This is a management and management oversight issue that has nothing to do with the hard-working and dedicated staff that have worked at Mountain View for years.
