Have you heard the promising news about breast cancer? The findings from a recently released Women’s Health Initiative study involving more than 48,000 postmenopausal women suggest that women who eat lots of fruit, vegetables and whole grains — rather than meat, cheese and other fatty foods — are around 20 percent less likely to die from the disease.
