Rush Limbaugh has passed away at 70 years of age of lung cancer. He was my hero and was the champion for America. Godspeed, Rush.

Limbaugh was a racist. He suggested that Jesse Jackson looked liked "all composite pictures of wanted criminals" and compared watching NFL games to watching the "Bloods and Crips without weapons."

Good riddance to the deplorable Rush Limbaugh!

Rush Limbaugh rose to prominence after deregulated radio and like Roger Ailes at Fox found that exploiting grievance and ignorance was an uber profitable venture. He is up there with Joseph McCarthy and Father Coughlin for poisoning the well of democracy. He promoted the "birtherism" lie, infamously called Sandra Fluke a "slut", perpetuated the "stolen election" lie and generally paved the way for the despicable likes of Alex Jones et al.
