To the editor:

I own the home next to the Carroll Reed house in the Kearsarge Lighting Precinct, the home at the center of the short-term rental controversy. I can happily report that there are no issues to report. No crazy parties, no loud noise, no kegs being thrown out windows, no ugly green dumpster and no cars parked along the street. Just happy vacation renters enjoying the home and their time in the valley. What may have been a problem property before I purchased 11/2 years ago isn’t now.
