To the editor:

I have lived in both Eaton and Snowville for basically my whole life. Over the years, I've watched and been part of our community joining together time and again to protect the places that make Eaton special. We saved our old-fashioned post office and sweet country store from becoming apartments. We protected Foss Mountain so everyone can continue to enjoy its famous blueberries and the 360-degree views you can't find anywhere else. We made sure our Little White Church did not lose its steeple and remained an important landmark in our little village.
