To the editor:

I read in The Conway Daily Sun that the Conway Recreation Department is planning a trip to the circus. As a child, I loved seeing all the animals and the excitement of going to the circus. As an adult, I know understand that for the animals, the circus is nothing but misery,  and from birth to death, they suffer to entertain us. If I had known then, what I know now, I would have never spent a penny supporting this cruelty. Ringling Brothers does its best to cover and veil its abuses in very affective public relations.
