To the Editor:

I recently attended a Democratic function where Representative Carol Shea-Porter was one of three speakers.  This event was prior to the health care reform vote in the Congress.  Carol Shea-Porter clearly explained the reasons she planned to vote affirmatively for that bill. Also included in her remarks were comments demonstrating the positive impact the stimulus bill has on New Hampshire-an $11 million funding for the North Conway water precinct; another being the Manchester Airport Access Road. Both of these projects create jobs and increase our local economy.
