To the editor:

The Bartlett Planning Board will be holding a public hearing on two proposed zoning amendments on Monday, Jan. 4, at 7 p.m. at the Bartlett Town Hall. The amendments would create new special exemptions, which allow certain uses after review and approval by the Zoning Board of Adjustments. Prior to granting approval, the ZBA must determine that the proposed use meets certain criteria, including that the proposal would not diminish property values, create a nuisance or present a hazard to public health and safety.
