Citizens of the United States serving in both military and public office carry significant responsibilities. Individuals are expected to uphold the Constitution, demonstrate integrity and act in the best interests of their community and country. This includes respecting the rule of law, making ethical decisions and maintaining a commitment to honorable public service.

My grandparents imparted to both my parents the values necessary for becoming responsible, trustworthy and dependable citizens of the United States. They reinforced these principles not only through their guidance but also through their exemplary actions.
