Monday, October 20 Nicole L. Tucker, 18, of Bartlett was arrested on an electronic bench warrant at on Route 16 in Tamworth at 4:55 p.m.Wednesday, October 22Justin B. Ranger, 21, of Burlington, Mass., was arrested on charges of possession of a controlled drug and disobeying a police officer on West Side Road in Conway at 10:32 p.m.Benjamin M. Jenkins-Provost, 19, of Bartlett was arrested on charges of possession of a controlled drug and disobeying a police officer on Route 113 in Conway at 11:47 p.m. Friday, October 24 John S. Dawe, 22, of Center Ossipee was arrested on a charge of possession of a controlled drug on Route 16 in Ossipee at 12:02 a.m.Brandon M. Kimble, 17, of Sanbornville was arrested on an electronic bench warrant on Route 16 in Tamworth at 9:40 a.m.John S. Oliver, 29, of Bristol was arrested on a charge of possession of a controlled drug on Route 16 in Tamworth at 11:40 p.m. Sunday, October 26Lana M. Loguidice, 19, of Conway was arrested as a minor in possession of alcohol on Route 25 in Effingham at 12:01 a.m. Daniel P. Clark, 33, of Derry was arrested on a charge of felony driving while intoxicated on Route 25 in Effingham at 12:50 a.m. He was driving a 2003 Ford Mustang eastbound, went off the road and hit a street sign and utility pole before over-turning and finally coming to a rest. Clark was taken to Huggins Hospital in Wolfeboro with facial injuries. Joan E. Lake, 37, of Albany was taken into protective custody on Route 16 in Albany at 2:09 a.m. David W. Szczesny, 28, of Beverly, Mass., was arrested on a charge of driving while intoxicated, second offense, on Route 16 in Tamworth at 2:42 a.m. David A. McPartland, 30, of Beverly, Mass., was taken into protective custody on Route 16 in Tamworth at 2:42 a.m. Paul G. Coleman, 46, of Madison was arrested on charge of violating a stalking order and possession of a controlled drug on Walnut Loop Road in Madison at 1:30 p.m. Monday, Oct. 27 Jonathan F. Behrens, 20, of Farmington was arrested on a charge of driving after suspension, subsequent, on Route 11 in Alton at 1:54 p.m. Tuesday, Oct. 28 Cynthia L. Blackey, 52, of Center Ossipee was arrested on a charge of driving after suspension, subsequent, on Route 16 in Albany at 11:18 a.m. David L. Muise, 25, of North Conway was arrested on a charge of driving after suspension, subsequent, on North-South Road in Conway at 1:12 p.m. Thursday, Oct. 30 Lillian J. Cerella, 52, of Laconia was arrested on a charge of disorderly conduct on Academy Drive in Laconia at 9:25 a.m. Timothy J. Theriault, 19, of Moultonborough was arrested on charges of driving after suspension and disobeying a police officer on Route 109 in Moultonborough at 11:55 a.m. Friday, Oct. 31 Rodney C. Good, 68, of Kezar Falls, Maine, was arrested on a charge of driving after suspension on Route 16 in Conway at 5:42 a.m. Kevin C. Griffin, 19, of Moultonborough was arrested on charges of reckless operation and disobeying a police officer on Shaker Jerry Road in Moultonborough at 4:52 p.m. Joseph B. Bailey, 21, of Center Conway was arrested on a charge of driving after suspension on Route 113 in Madison at 8:47 p.m. Seth C. Conkey, 18, of Meredith was arrested on a charge of possession of controlled drugs on Lakes Street in Meredith at 9:39 p.m. Andrew L. Williams, 22, of West Hurley, N.Y., was arrested on a charge of driving after suspension on Tasker Hill Road in Conway at 11:17 p.m. Saturday, Nov. 1Brandon W. Melanson, 17, of Hope, Maine, was arrested on a charge of disobeying a police officer on Depot Road in Tamworth at 6:55 p.m. Michael W. Smith, 33, of Conway was arrested on a charge of driving while intoxicated, second offense, on Route 16 in Albany at 10:27 p.m. Sunday, Nov. 2 Ginnette L. Allen, 37, of Conway was arrested on a charge of aggravated driving while intoxicated on Route 16 in Albany at 1:09 a.m. Eugene W. Benson, 39, of Ossipee was taken into protective custody on Route 16B in Ossipee at 3:30 a.m. William S. Cameron, 60, of Center Barnstead was arrested on a charge of driving without a valid license, second offense, on White Oak Road in Barnstead at 2:28 p.m.
