Every year, the publisher of The Conway Daily Sun compiles a comprehensive list of major news stories, winnows it down to about 30, and then the editorial staff  use it to vote on what they think were the Top 10 stories of the year locally. The ballots are counted and the stories weighted from first to tenth. So here is the Sun’s list of the top stories. Elsewhere in this edition, you’ll find the top online stories and the the quotes of the year.
