CONWAY — The 27-year-old son of Conway police commissioner Larry Martin was found not guilty of driving while intoxicated last month following his arrest in September by an officer in the department his father oversees.

Ryan Martin, of Conway, got pulled over at 1:18 a.m. on Sept. 14, according to police dispatch logs, on East Main Street in Conway. Conway police officer Shawn Baldwin performed a field sobriety test, according to Conway police chief Ed Wagner, but Martin refused a breathalyzer test. He was arrested and charged with driving while intoxicated, according to court documents.
