CONWAY — Concerns about building height and viewshed impacts on abutters led the Conway Zoning Board of Adjustment to continue to June 21 its review of a variance request by River Run Co. for its condo/rental project off River Road.
The May 17 vote was unanimous, with chair John Colbath, vice chair Andrew Chalmers and members Jac Cuddy, Richard Pierce and Jonathan Hebert all voting for the continuance. The goal is to give the applicant time to furnish more information. Hebert sought a topographical plan showing how the units would affect the neighbors, “so we can see where the height line of those structures are going to be.”
