CONWAY — A young local skater took her first step toward obtaining the coveted Senior Level of Skating.
Veronica Carboni, 14, of Albany, a member of the Mount Washington Valley Skating Club, completed the first two tests in the U.S. Figure Skating Association's test structure for competitive skating at Conway's Ham Arena.
