CONWAY — Following a blustery weekend that downed tree limbs and power outages, including diverting traffic from Route 16 due to a downed tree near Veno’s Quality Meats Friday evening, another winter storm is headed storm late Tuesday afternoon and into Wednesday that could bring up to 13 inches of snow.

On Monday, the National Weather Service issued a Winter Weather Watch with snow to start today around noontime in southwestern New Hampshire and move here by 4 p.m.
