CONWAY — Winter Storm Harper didn’t bring the 2 feet of snow that forecasters had predicted, but it did bring at least a foot to Mount Washington Valley’s ski areas and touring centers, along with high winds during and in its aftermath, especially on Mount Washington.

According to Conway Police and the Carroll County Sheriff’s Department, few accidents were reported as a result of the storm, which began as snow Saturday night and continued as snow and then a wintry mix of snow and freezing rain on Sunday.
