CONWAY — The genius and fine eye of late artist Ernie Brown were celebrated with an “Absent Artist” show at a temporary gallery at Settlers Green last Saturday and Sunday in an exhibit of approximately 40 paintings, with his and the late Kate Brown’s children, Sienna and Thomas, on hand with other volunteer artists manning the tribute.
Brown, a beloved local figure, died at age 75 on June 8 after a fight against bone cancer.
