CONWAY — Doug Swett, longtime dean of the Conway Municipal Budget Committee, who stepped down this winter after more than 30 years, returned to the public eye Monday night when he took the Conway School Board to task for its proposed budget.
Swett, 89, held the budget committee seat as East Conway Water Precinct’s representative for four decades.
