FRYEBURG, Maine — A unanimous decision by the Snow School Ad-Hoc Committee recommends that affordable senior housing should be built on the existing C.A. Snow School property in Fryeburg.

Avesta Housing of Portland, Maine, was awarded the proposal after weeks of closed-door deliberation by the ad-hoc committee for maximum allotment of 24 housing units on the property.
