JACKSON — It’s billed as the second annual Women’s March, but organizers of Sunday’s planned Jackson march say it is a march for social change for all genders, race and ages.

“I see this as a march of concerned voters, of all people,” co-organizer Betsey Harding of Jackson said of the upcoming Jan. 21 event.
