CONWAY — Rep. Chris Pappas (D-Manchester) will be the keynote speaker at the Mount Washington Valley Economic Council’s March Eggs and Issues business leaders breakfast at the North Conway Grand Hotel this Thursday from 8:30-10:30 a.m.

Pappas, 38, was last in Mount Washington Valley on Jan. 31 when he held a town all meeting at the Mount Washington Observatory Weather Discovery Center. He won the 1st congressional district seat in November and took office in Washington in January. His first 10 votes were to try to try to reopen the government.
