JACKSON — The restaurant with the most seats in the valley is doing its best to deal with the mandated closing of dining establishments — and keep its 25 full-time staffers employed — by offering curbside service and even delivering free pizza to the elderly in Jackson who are homebound.

Like everyone else, Red Fox Bar & Grille owner Mike Mallett has little idea of what next to expect.
