CONWAY — Faced with a request for waivers by the developers of a proposed 10-unit subdivision off the end of Pollard Street in Conway Village, planning board members and abutters challenged the project’s impact on traffic safety, sewer capacity, potential flooding and the environment at planners' Nov. 13 meeting.
According to Josh McAllister of HEB Engineers, representing Kettle Ridge LLC of Bridgewater, Conn., the subdivision would include interior renovations to an existing farmhouse on the property, and the addition of a carriage house and four two-story duplex units in the field behind the house.
