CONWAY — Discussions regarding a development proposal to meet conservation and affordable housing goals off the North-South Road and Common Court at Settlers Green continue between the town and the state at the Jan. 25 planning board meeting.
The discussion involves 6.8-acre piece of land described as “remnant parcels of the former Puddin Pond Hill Homeowners Association,” which is across North-South Road from Pudding Pond and a 5.93 acre piece of land with two condo buildings at 95 Common Court, which is across from Settlers Green and the North Conway Grand.
