CONWAY — A public hearing held by the planning board on their proposed growth management ordinance drew strong opposition from a roomful of builders, civil engineers and Realtors.

If approved at town meeting in April, it would hit the brakes on large building projects for the next three years.

The undeveloped land in the Conways is priceless. It should be developed with the interest of what is best for the people of the Conways and no one else!
