CONWAY — U.S. Rep. Chris Pappas (D-Manchester) will host his sixth town hall, and second in the Mount Washington Valley since taking office, on Tuesday when he partners with the Tamworth Community Nurse Association for a prescription drug town hall at Tri-County CAP office in Tamworth.
“Since taking office, I have been committed to being accessible to the constituents of the First District and holding town halls is one of the best ways to hear directly from them," Pappas said Friday afternoon. "I am eager to hear their thoughts, answer questions, and learn how I can continue to best represent this district in Washington. The cost of prescription drugs is skyrocketing and it is critical for New Hampshire that Congress take action — that is why I want hear about the experiences Granite Staters are having and engage in a conversation about what can be done to ensure that they get the medication and care they need.”
