Bartlett Fire Chief Jeff Currier (second from right) talks with firefighters before they clear the scene at the scene of a structure fire at the Nordic Village in Bartlett on July 10. According to Currier, the Highland Ridge chateau sustained damage to the second floor bathroom and roof, but the building was saved as the local mutual-aid fire departments were able to put out the morning blaze quickly. The cause of the fire is still under investigation, and Currier said the fire marshal was en route to investigate when the scene was cleared around noon. (RACHEL SHARPLES PHOTO)

The cause of the fire is still under investigation, according to the Bartlett Fire Chief Jeff Currier, but he didn’t suspect it was anything suspicious.
