CONWAY — With the deadline for filing for town and school offices just two days away, there will be at least three contested races on the town ballot when voters head to the polls next month.

Robert Nelson, 51, of North Conway threw his hat into the political ring on Monday, signing up for one of the two open seats on the board of selectmen.
