FRYEBURG, Maine — Catholic Masses will be offered on both the opening day (Sunday, Sept. 30) and closing day (Sunday, Oct. 7) of the 2018 Fryeburg Fair. Both Masses will begin at 11 a.m. and be held at the fairground’s Hayseed Theater, located next to Old MacDonald's Farm near the Orange Gate (No. 8).

Father Edward Clifford, pastor of the Parishes of the Western Maine Lakes & Foothills, will celebrate the closing day Mass, while Father Peter Shaba, parochial vicar of the parishes, will celebrate the opening day Mass.
