BARTLETT — A Weymouth, Mass., man had a felony charge of reckless conduct with a deadly weapon bound over to the Carroll County Superior Court, along with a variety of other charges, following in August.
Bartlett police charged William Barnes, 23, with Class B felony reckless conduct with a deadly weapon for allegedly “recklessly engaging in conduct that placed others in danger of serious bodily injury or death with the use of a deadly weapon, by operating a 2002 Harley Davidson FXDX above 100 mph, passing vehicles in non-passing zones, and around turns, while operating on a public way.”
