MADISON — Town officials recently discussed a recent court decision on short-term rentals in which the town and STR owners each had their share of victory and defeat.Â
Lawsuits on behalf of STR owners were filed June 18 by Matthew Johnson of Devine Millimet & Branchm and representing the Madison Board of Adjustment was Chris Boldt of Donahue, Tucker & Ciandella PLLC.
