CONCORD — The start of the 2022 legislative session will look a lot like the end of the 2021 legislative session: the Senate meeting in Representatives Hall and the House meeting in a football-field-sized hall to avoid a super-spreader event, something some say is a real possibility.

Although lawmakers had high hopes for a return to normal this winter when they adjourned in July, instead the state is in the midst of its greatest number of daily COVID-19 infections since the pandemic began two years ago.
