CONCORD — Educators and community members who see the educational potential in underused spaces around schoolyards are invited to participate in a workshop series designed to maximize outdoor places and provide authentic learning experiences, scientific inquiry and hands-on minds-on interdisciplinary learning.
Planning resources will be provided to help guide projects, and participants may register for just one or both workshops. The cost is $40 for one day or $70 for both days. Teams of three are recommended for effective project development and to also receive a 10 percent discount on registration fees.
