CONWAY — The Kearsarge Lighting Precinct has finally responded to the owners of the Cranmore Mountain Lodge, who are asking a federal court to award them $7 million in damages from the lighting precinct, claiming it unlawfully interfered with their business and also suggesting racial discrimination was at play.
The lawsuit, "Shirley Chu, Wilson Kwok, CCKV Partners LLC and CML, LLC vs. Kearsarge Lighting Precinct," was filed in U.S. District Court, District of New Hampshire, in Concord on March 10. Judge Paul J. Barbadoro is presiding over the case.
