CONWAY — While their zoning measure is challenged in both federal court and the New Hampshire Supreme Court, Kearsarge Lighting Precinct commissioners are pausing enforcement of a provision that requires short-term rentals to be owner-occupied.

The ordinance states: “All residential properties that offer sleeping accommodations to transient or permanent guests shall be owner-occupied and operated.”
