OSSIPEE — A Conway man accused of shooting another in the stomach at a Stark Road address in August was ordered held with no bail by a Carroll County Superior Court judge Thursday morning.
On Oct. 18, Devan Bynoe, 28, of Conway was indicted by a Carroll County Superior Court grand jury on felony charges of first- and second-degree assault with a deadly weapon and criminal threatening with a deadly weapon in connection with an incident in Conway on Aug. 26.
