OSSIPEE — Following a hearing Wednesday, a Carroll County Superior Court judge will decide whether to keep an injunction in place against resident Dianne Sheehan because she lobbied other residents to vote against the town purchasing her property.

Sheehan's lawyer argued that Sheehan was merely exercising her First Amendment rights to engage in political speech.
