CONWAY — A proposal to have the town license and inspect rental properties will be discussed by the board of selectmen today. Selectmen meet at 4 p.m. at Town Hall. The meeting will be the second public hearing on a rental license and inspection program that has been proposed by town staff, led by Deputy Town Manager Paul DegliAngeli.

The program, which would apply to both long- and short-term rentals and single-family and two-family residences, will start Sept. 1, if selectmen approve it today.
