BARTLETT — The New Hampshire Department of Transportation says Hurricane Mountain Road will be closed temporarily from the Bartlett/Conway Town Line to the intersection of Hurricane Mountain Road and Green Hill Road in Chatham beginning Sunday, Sept. 8, at 5 p.m. and extending through Friday, Sept. 13, at 5 p.m.

NHDOT Construction Bureau Administrator Michael Smith said because of the narrowness of that stretch of road, which is only about a car and a half wide, the closure is needed in order to complete a paving project.
