CONCORD — Shortly after being featured this past week as the “Fugitive of the Week,” Francis Joseph Harrington, 37, was located at a local jail in the Manchester area. Harrington was being sought on a new federal indictment for possession with intent to distribute a controlled substance — fentanyl.

Harrington had been featured as the U.S. Marshals' “Fugitive of the Week" on WTPL-FM, WMUR-TV, Union Leader, Nashua Telegraph, Foster's Daily Democrat and other news outlets. Additionally, the “Fugitive of the Week” is distributed statewide to all law enforcement officers.
