Senator Tim Kaine, in September of ’25, proposed the concept that God-Given Rights are the same as Islamic Theocracy. Having an official religion that runs a country is theocracy. Having Creator-given, unalienable rights is one of our founding principles, I am amazed that Sen. Kaine doesn’t know the difference between clerics running a country and God granting humans unalienable rights. My guess is that he misread Jefferson’s “Wall of separation between Church and State.” Jefferson was speaking to the establishment of a state religion, not the elimination of God in the public square or the halls of government. Also, Senator Kaine must be an admirer and advocate of President Wilson’s theory that the Constitution should be more Darwinian so that government would not have to be limited in what it can and cannot do by a very Newtonian Constitution. (See Willson’s Congressional Government.)
