FRYEBURG, Maine — Conway Daily Sun advertising representative Betsy Hopler-Ayres said when Fryeburg police pulled her vehicle over her on Tuesday, she was afraid she was going to be cited for speeding. Instead, she, like other motorists going through the Maine town, received a gift certificate to a local business.
Hopler-Ayers of Fryeburg said the officer took her license and registration, and at one point, the officer asked her to get out of her truck.
