CONCORD — Frank E. Styles Jr., 62, of Exeter, was sentenced to a term of probation for obtaining controlled substances under false pretenses, United States Attorney Scott W. Murray announced on Aug. 30.

As a condition of probation, Styles will never seek to have his pharmacist license reinstated. He also will have to pay restitution to Medicare and Rite Aid pharmacy.
